A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is subject to enlistment in active duty service.

On September 13:22, 2012, the Defendant received a notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Daegu-do regional military manpower office to enlistment in the Defendant’s residence located in Daejeon-dong B B 302 as of October 30, 2012, as of October 30, 2012.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not enlist in the military on November 2, 2012 after three days from the date of enlistment.
