Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A was sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Seoul District Court on October 1, 1999, and was released on September 7, 2005 from the Seoul Southern Prison on October 4, 2007 after the above decision was revoked and was released on June 1, 2009 by the suspension order of execution on June 1, 2009, when the above decision was revoked and was detained in the Seoul Southern Prison on March 26, 2010, and was released on October 25, 201 after the suspension order was released on March 26, 201.

On September 20, 2010, the Defendant assaulted the victim B (the age of 58) who is a person in charge of the said company due to service costs in relation to G construction projects being promoted by the Cheongnam Budget E real estate office, Inc., Ltd., Ltd., and assaulted the victim, because he was sexually disputing with the victim B (the age of 58) who was a person in charge of the said company.

B. Around 17:50 on June 24, 201, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective injury by deadly weapons, etc.) brought about a dispute over the purchase of a victim B and G site at the same place as the above paragraph (a) and brought about the victim's eye on two occasions with his/her face at hand and with his/her hand, twice the victim's eye on two occasions with his/her finger, and the victim was suffering from the fraud, which is a dangerous thing in his/her table, but the victim avoided it, and the victim was sleeped with his/her glarth, and she was snicked with the victim's eye on one occasion with his/her finger."

As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous objects with the victim, and caused snow, eggs, and tissues to be treated for about two weeks.
