Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2014, around 08:25, the Defendant: (a) committed assault, on the hand floor, on the ground that a public official D (the age of 47) belonging to CMyeon Office, who had been on night duty at CMyeon Office in North Korea-Gu Office B, was in telephone conversations with the Defendant, and met with anti-end and impruptive response; and (b) committed assault twice, thereby obstructing the Defendant’s legitimate execution of duties.
