【Criminal Facts】
1. Around 22:00 on January 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had the victim D (age 56) located in the public hall operated by C (age 56); (b) had the victim order the beer and doer; and (c) had the victim pay for the drinking value and singing costs after drinking; (d) had the victim “at least 17 singing singing in the public hall and prevented him from doing business; and (e) had the victim from doing business; and (e) had the victim create F, a sexual violent organization, reported to the police that he provided the drinking, and had the victim pay for the total expenses of KRW 47,00,00.”
2. At around 02:30 on April 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim H (the 57-year-old age), located in G, to place a drinking beverage at the first week operated by G, and to do so; (b) after drinking the alcohol to the victim, the Defendant: (c) stated that “the victim was unable to do so; (d) 10 years of imprisonment with prison labor; and (e) 140,000 won of total expenses; and (e) attempted to have the victim fright to pay a charge; (c) on his/her own, he/she reported 112, and went to the police; and (d) failed to commit such act without having the victim escape.”

On September 22, 2014, the Defendant interfered with his duties: (a) on the ground that, around 23:30 on September 22, 2014, the Defendant: (b) opened a singing in the Ling room operated by the Victim K (the age of 49) located in J; (c) opened a singing; and (d) went to another restaurant with the helper, and (d) went to the house without any speech; and (c) opened the said singing in the said singing room, and (d) opened the victim’s wife’s wife.
