A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on September 26, 2009, and completed the execution of the above punishment on September 26, 2009.

A.
