Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2015, the Defendant driven a C Trate vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.059% while under influence of alcohol leveling to the front road located in the same Gu and Dong in the private village where it is impossible to identify a boom located in the Geum-gu, Busan, Sim-gu B.
