A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 8, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a Bsch Rexton car from around 14:10 to around 5 Samsung Digital Dr. at around 1 kilometer-ro 126 to the same time from the 126 Maart-ro, Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si.
