Criminal facts
On January 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, larceny, etc. at the Ulsan District Court, and on November 15, 2015, in addition to the completion of the execution of the sentence in the smuggling detention house, the Defendant is a person who has been engaged in the same fraud or larceny at least 17 times.
