Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2018, at around 00:55, the Defendant: (a) 112 reported to the effect that the head of the police station of Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, 28-ro 22(Shee-dong) under the influence of “any woman is slicking or slicking”; (b) the head of the police station of Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, sent out after receiving a 112 report to the effect that “A woman is slicking or slicking. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 70cm in length) and the head of the police station of Seo-gu, Incheon. . . . . . . 13cm in width (10cm in length and . 10cm in length) and the head of the police agency assigned

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

1. The reason for sentencing of Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act in the Criminal Procedure Act was that police officers called out by the defendant had obstructed the performance of their official duties by taking advantage of a variety of Morasiums, Gemans, and prones.

However, in light of the fact that Gemaniums are not flusium or knife, and that the knife was near the police officer's absium, the attitude of the act was not very dangerous.

The defendant seems to have committed a contingent crime in the state where the appraisal has become severe due to marital fighting, and there is no criminal history for the defendant.

In full view of the above circumstances, the fine shall be selected and the sentence shall be determined as ordered.
