1. The Defendant’s KRW 122,553,140 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from October 25, 2007 to September 11, 2013.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 17, 2007, the Plaintiff: (a) received an early-wave test from the Defendant’s C Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”); and (b) as a result of the examination of the early-wave test, there was a view that the Defendant hospital’s medical professionals are running in the large financial connection and small-scale financial connection with which the right is not right; and (c) the Defendant hospital’s medical professionals authorized the Plaintiff to undergo an operation of the connection; and (d) on the 24th of the same month, the Plaintiff hospitalized the Defendant hospital for the purpose of performing the surgery of the internal nuclear and the livering surgery.

B. On the 25th day of the same month, the Defendant Hospital’s general surgery and doctor D et al. performed the internal nuclear removal surgery against the Plaintiff, and took measures to transfer the Plaintiff to chests. The Defendant Hospital’s chests and doctor E et al. performed the chronological dyeing and gyeculcing surgery against the Plaintiff on the right-hand beer, and the beercing surgery on the left-hand beer (hereinafter “instant surgery”).

The plaintiff was discharged on the 28th of the same month.

다. 원고는 2007. 11. 7.경부터 오른쪽 다리 및 발바닥, 발뒷꿈치의 저리거나 쑤시고 찌릿찌릿한 느낌, 뜨겁거나 시린 느낌, 갈퀴로 할퀴거나 살을 파내는 듯한 느낌, 감각 없음 등의 통증을 호소하면서, 피고 병원, F신경과의원, G신경과의원, H정형외과의원, I재활의학과의원, J재활의학과의원 등에서 신경통, 신경염 등으로 치료를 받기 시작하였고, 2008. 3. 4. 피고 병원으로부터 우측 하지의 감각장애, 통증, 우둔함 등의 증상이 있는 ‘우측 비복신경 장애’에 해당한다는 진단서를 발급받았으며, 2008. 4. 7.에는 가톨릭대학교 대전성모병원에서 ‘복합부위통증증후군 2형’의 진단명으로 치료를 받았다.
