1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a broadcasting business entity that engages in broadcasting business or cultural service business.

On February 10, 1999, while working for the defendant, the plaintiff was dispatched from March 1, 2013 to the defendant-owned corporation located in the United States of California, California, and served as the director of the defendant-owned corporation.

B. 1) On April 30, 2015, the Defendant issued a dismissal disposition against the Plaintiff for the following reasons (hereinafter “instant dismissal disposition”).

(2) The Plaintiff filed an application for review with the Defendant’s review personnel committee, but the Defendant’s review personnel committee decided on May 13, 2015 to maintain the dismissal of the instant case.

C. The Defendant’s rules of employment regarding the instant dismissal are as follows.
