A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who drives CNEW EF rocketing and other automobiles in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (hereinafter referred to as the “Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes”), and the Road Traffic Act (after an accident).

2. Around 18:40 on February 22, 2018, the Defendant was driving a CNEW EF rocketing car at a section of approximately 8km in the vicinity of the naval unit located in the Taiwan-Eup via Taiwan-si, Seopo-si without a driver’s license.
