A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding three million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. On November 201, 201, the Defendant is expected to pay the principal and interest within two to three months after a loan of money to the victim C by posting a phone to the firstman C.

However, even if the defendant borrowed money from the beginning, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to repay the money.

Nevertheless, on November 8, 2011, the Defendant received 4,000,000 won from the victim's bank account (D) with the victim's name from the victim's bank account (E) around November 8, 201 and received 48,594,000 won in total over 43 times from around that time to December 14, 2015 as shown in the annexed crime list (1).

2. On January 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered “H” as an Internet gambling game site using a computer located in Ilyang-gu, Ilyang-gu, U.S.-si into the former Ga’s Gaogle and automatically accessed the same; (b) transferred KRW 1,290,000 from the Korean bank account (I) to the Nong Bank account in the name of SPcom designated by the said site operator; (c) received the corresponding game money; (d) received two copies of the card offered by the said site; and (e) received two copies of the card offered by the said website; and (e) made a gambling game using [Attachment 1,290,000, the sum of the number of card numbers after making a board payment back to nine (9) and brought all the betting money to the winners; and (e) used the Doo-si’s 250,000 won and the total amount of money to be paid up to 150,015.

3. On April 25, 2016, the Defendant assaulted on April 25, 2016, on the face of the victim C (31 tax) at the front of the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-ro 12, 16-gil, and on the front of the Sin new church (Shee Dong-dong), the Defendant assaulted the victim C (31 tax) one time as drinking.

4. The Defendant who assaulted on May 13, 2016 shall be Incheon around 01:30 on May 13, 2016.
