Reasons
The transfer of business refers to the transfer of a part of business as a whole while maintaining the identity of the human and material organization organized by a certain business purpose, and can be transferred only to the company that takes over the business (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 2002Da70822, Jun. 9, 2005).
