1. The Defendant: (a) out of 71m20,000 square meters before Gyeonggi-gun Co., Ltd.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On August 20, 2007, the Plaintiff: (a) donated 867 square meters of Gyeonggi-gun E (hereinafter “E”); (b) on August 27, 2007, the Plaintiff was divided into F, G, and H land and 71 square meters of land before C on August 20, 207 (hereinafter “the Plaintiff’s land”).

B. After that, on June 201, the Defendant: (a) re-divided five parcels of land with one parcel of 1,367 square meters in K and 609 square meters in lots on the Defendant’s land (hereinafter “Defendant’s land”) and one parcel of 1,367 square meters in lots; (b) around July 201, the Defendant newly constructed a detached house on the Defendant’s land and completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 26, 201, by re-divisioning the five parcels of land with one parcel of 1,367 square meters in lots of 1,367 square meters in lots; (c) around that time.
