1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. On the line that connects each point of the attached Form 1 and 2 among the 1,020 square meters in Echeon-si, E.C. 1,020 square meters.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 28, 2003, the Plaintiff acquired the ownership of the CJ 1,273 square meters (hereinafter “land before subdivision”).

B. 3. The plaintiff waives the remaining claims.

C. Around October 29, 2015, the Plaintiff requested the Korea Land Information Corporation branch to conduct a cadastral survey for dividing the land before subdivision. The said written request was accompanied by the Defendant’s written consent, stating that “The land before subdivision is divided, as indicated in the attached Form 1 drawing,” and “a sales contract for the original Defendant’s preparation, stating that “the land before subdivision is sold in KRW 42,350,000,000, the size of which is 253 square meters out of the land before subdivision is sold in KRW 42,350,00.”

Accordingly, unlike the indication of the attached Form 1 and the attached Form 2 as indicated in the instant conciliation, the land before subdivision is indicated on November 19, 2015, as indicated in the attached Form 1, 200 square meters, and D.
