1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. On the line that connects each point of the attached Form 1 and 2 among the 1,020 square meters in Echeon-si, E.C. 1,020 square meters.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 28, 2003, the Plaintiff acquired the ownership of the CJ 1,273 square meters (hereinafter “land before subdivision”).

B. On September 10, 2014, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant seeking the removal of buildings, etc. on the ground owned by the Defendant on the land before subdivision and the transfer of each site thereof (U.S. District Court Decision 2014Da13107). On September 10, 2015, the following conciliation was established (hereinafter “instant conciliation”).

The Plaintiff shall divide the part of broom-friendly (in the order of each point specified in A, B, C, D, 7, and 2 as a basis for the attached Form 4 drawings) as shown in the attached Form 3 drawings (see the attached Form 4 drawings), which connects each point in the order of B, C, D, 7, and 2, and A shall sell 50,000 won per 3m (7m in the direction of “vii”) to the Defendant, as the starting point in the attached Form 4 drawings, 50,000 won per 3m in the direction of “cine”, and 50,000 won per 3m (7m in the direction of “vii”) between C and 4.

B. The cost of the divisional survey is borne by the Defendant.

2. The Defendant shall remove the fences installed on the line to link F with “vii7”, “vii7” and “8” as set out in the attached Form 1 drawing to the Plaintiff.

3. The plaintiff waives the remaining claims.

C. Around October 29, 2015, the Plaintiff requested the Korea Land Information Corporation branch to conduct a cadastral survey for dividing the land before subdivision. The said written request was accompanied by the Defendant’s written consent, stating that “The land before subdivision is divided, as indicated in the attached Form 1 drawing,” and “a sales contract for the original Defendant’s preparation, stating that “the land before subdivision is sold in KRW 42,350,000,000, the size of which is 253 square meters out of the land before subdivision is sold in KRW 42,350,00.”

Accordingly, unlike the indication of the attached Form 1 and the attached Form 2 as indicated in the instant conciliation, the land before subdivision is indicated on November 19, 2015, as indicated in the attached Form 1, 200 square meters, and D.
