B, like Defendant A, even after the default of the K Group, is a public auction expert, and is operating a specialized driving school for "M" auction.

[Presumption Facts] Since around 2002, N made a lawsuit to the effect that it takes a high rate of return by investing in real estate at auction at the court. In purchasing a large building already operated through a soup, etc., the court held that: (a) the individual investors’ investment money; (b) the funds borrowed from the bank as collateral; and (c) the borrowed deposit received from the lessee of the purchased building; and (d) making soup to the "P" located in Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, for the purpose of attracting a loan from the bank as collateral to make another investment; (b) making soup to the above funds by purchasing other large buildings through auction; (c) making soup to the "S" located in Songpa-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul; and (d) making soup to the soup of the "V" located in the Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Seoul; and (d) making soup to the 5th operation of the soup.

In addition, through a court auction on around December 2004, one of the above methods was a major shareholder of AD Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “AD”) around December 2006, after acquiring “AB department store”, a local department store located in AA, changed its trade name to “AC,” and promoted partial repair and sale of the building, but failed to operate the building, and was a major shareholder of AD (hereinafter referred to as “AD” in this subparagraph).

At around December 208, AD has become a major shareholder of AD with the acceptance of approximately 220 million shares from AE, and exercised its overall influence on AD's management until it becomes a business suspension. AD has a high return on investment in May 2007.
