Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2, 2012, from around 20:30 to 20:45, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s legitimate bus operation service for about 15 minutes, on the ground that the victim C (year 51, South) who is a driver of the bus said that he was on board the bus and did not pay the bus fee, on the ground that he was on board the bus located in the vicinity of Goyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim C (the 51 years of age, South) was a bus fee; (b) stated that he was on the bus; and (c) stated that he was on the bus that he was on board the bus; and (d) stated that he was on the bus that he was on board the bus; and (d) said, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s legitimate bus operation service.

2. On October 2, 2012, the Defendant assaulted, around 20:45, the Defendant, within the B urban bus stops near the Seoyang-dong, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-dong, 863, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 863, on the ground of the victim’s resistance against the above paragraph (a), such as when the victim’s back her back her hand her left side with the back her hand.
