Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Fraud;
A. From May 11, 2013 to 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant entered the second floor of the building located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, with three persons who are unable to know the name in the “singing room” operated by the victim C. On the second floor of the building, the Defendant requested by the victim C as an intermediary of the word “sing room” and then requested the payment of the expenses for the use of singing room after paying the expenses in advance, and then he did not know the victim’s name as to the expenses for the use of singing room after paying the expenses, etc., he did not know of the intention or ability to pay the expenses.
