1. On October 25, 2014, at around 18:00 on October 25, 2014, the Defendant ordered the victim C to engage in entertainment with 100,000 won and did not pay 1.20,000 won for the said amount of monetary benefits.

2. On October 25, 2014, around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) ordered the victim F, operated by the victim F in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, to engage in entertainment with one-time price, without any intent or ability to pay the drinking value, etc.; and (b) took advantage of one-time and one-time entertainment; and (c) did not pay the price of KRW 120,000 to the victim F, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.

around 22:00 on October 25, 2014, the Defendant, “2015 Highest May 5, 2015,” committed an act as if he would normally pay the alcohol value to the victim, and ordered the victim to provide alcohol, alcohol, etc.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol and alcohol from the victim.
