A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

5,8250,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional charges.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry shall provide game water for any purpose different from the contents rated by the Game Water Management Committee, and shall exchange, arrange for exchange, or re-purchase of any tangible or intangible outcome obtained through the use of game water;

The Defendant is a proprietor operating a game hall in the name of “G” on the first floor of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and H is a chief of night department, and I and J as a chief of night department, and K and L are in charge of money exchange affairs under employment of the head of the above game.

피고 인은 위 H, I, J, K, L과 공모하여, 2018. 1. 25. 경부터 2018. 3. 13. 경까지 위 게임 장에서, 게임 물관리 위원회의 등급 분류를 받은 것과는 다른 내용인, 게임용 IC 카드 이외에 별도의 외부장치( 리 더기 )를 이용하여 정산 카드( 마스터 카드 )를 게임기에 삽입하여 게임 포인트 확인 및 초기화, 배경 화면에 랭킹 점수( 골드 포인트) 등이 표시되는 별도의 정산 창이 확인되도록 그 내용이 개 ㆍ 변조된 ‘ 뉴 백경 2017’ 게임 기 100대를 설치하여 놓은 다음, 그 곳을 찾아온 손님들에게 조작 버튼 위에 자동 연타 장치인 일명 ‘ 똑딱이 ’를 올려놓고 자동으로 게임을 하도록 하면서 손님들이 획득한 점수를 IC 카드에 저장되도록 하고, 환전을 요청 받을 경우 IC 카드에 저장된 점수 1점 당( 골드 포인트 1점 당 1만 원) 수 수료 10%를 공제한 9,000원을 환전하여 주었다.
