Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:00 on March 16, 2020, the Defendant sent the same attitude to pay the drinking value to the victim C, which was operated by the victim C, even though he did not have the intent or ability to pay the drinking value, and ordered the victim to pay the drinking value.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received the three soldiers, etc. in total amount of KRW 450,000,000 from the victim.
