A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant of the 2013 High Class 1162-1 of the 2013 High Class 1162-1 is a person who has a single-name position in which taxi passengers lose or purchase stolen smartphones from taxi engineers, or who has a role in purchasing stolen smartphones.

On August 8, 2013, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won in total from a 111-round August 2013, 2013, 44 smartphones, a total of 35,200,000 won in the market price, even though he/she is aware of the fact that the name he/she obtained from an unknown taxi driver’s possession of the victim’s 3.2 million won in total, the Defendant acquired 44 smartphones, a total of 35,200,000 won in total, from around that time to August 2013, as shown in attached Table 1.

2. The Defendant is a public duty personnel who works in the “Dyangwon” located in Gyeongbuk-gun C in Gyeongbuk-gun, 2013.

No public duty personnel shall desert away from their service or serve in the relevant field for at least eight days without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, around July 13, 2012, around the 16th day of the same month, around the 18th day of the same month, around September 25, 2012, around the 26th day of the same month, around the 28th day of the same month, around November 1, 2012, and around December 12, 2012, went away from service without justifiable grounds for a total of eight days.

3. "2013 Highest 1279";

A. At around 00:15 on May 30, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with E, purchased 50,000 won from the said taxi engineer even though he/she knew that it is a stolen property, he/she acquired thallon 2 LTE smartphone 1 from the victim F owned by the same person, in the vicinity of the connected mountain road located in the Seosan-dong, Busan Metropolitan City.
