Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in the operation of the Cststuna car.

1. Around 01:15 on October 1, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (e.g., after-accident), driving the said vehicle, leading the vehicle to the intersection of the road from the center side on the transmission day at the front of the Cheongdo-dong and the front side of the vehicle.

이러한 경우 차 운전업무에 종사하는 사람은 당시 야간으로 전방시야가 나빴으므로 전방을 잘 살피며 안전하게 진행하여야 할 업무상 주의의무가 있었다.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and negligently parked on the two-lanes of the road, which the victim D (Nam, 33 years old) parked on the right side of the road, and escaped into the left side part of the E rocketing car (hereinafter referred to as “victimd vehicle”) and the penter part of the Defendant’s next right-hand part. At around 01:20 on the same day, the Defendant shocked the back part of C 100 C&C 10 C&C 56 years old on the right-hand side of the road (hereinafter referred to as “victimd vehicle”) parked on the front side of the Defendant’s second right-hand part.

Therefore, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, destroyed the damaged vehicle to be repaired in an amount equivalent to KRW 2,384,873, such as the exchange of back-of-life vehicles, and escaped without immediately stopping the damaged vehicle and without taking measures to confirm the degree of damage.

2. On October 1, 2012, at around 01:10, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.185% in the direction of about about 10 kilometers from the 10-meter radius to the end of the scarb, Cheongsi-dong road located along the coast of Young-si, Young-si, Young-si, Cheongsi-si, Cheongsi-si, the Defendant, at around 01:20 on October 1, 2012.
