A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 17:15 on March 17, 2016, the Defendant driven C cargo vehicles at a section of about 1 k meters from the front side of the plant bed in Pyeongtaek-si to the mar distance in the same Eup/Myeon, without a driver’s license, from March 17, 2016.

around 06:55 on June 10, 2016, the Defendant driven C Poter Cargo Vehicles within approximately 500 meters from the roads in front of the Bupyeong-gu Seoul metropolitan market in Ansan-si to the roads in front of the Korean Egypt Association within the same Egypt Association, without the driver’s license.

"2016 Highest 1624" Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CPoter cargo vehicles.

On June 28, 2016, the Defendant driven the above cargo without obtaining a driver's license at around 07:05 on June 28, 2016, and led to the 5-lane road in the 222-lane adjacent to the drainage pumps place in Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si.

In this case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents, such as cautioning over the center line, etc., in advance to those engaged in driving of a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant got the front part of the victim D(34 years of age) driving, which was going directly by normal signal at the opposite lane when the Defendant was negligent in driving the central line, as the rear part of the vehicle operated by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as catum fat, which requires treatment for about two weeks by occupational negligence, and driving the said cargo without obtaining a driver’s license.
