If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 3, 2010, at around 02:10, the Defendant driven a c-wing freight vehicle owned B with approximately KRW 1 km from the Busan Jin-dong to the Busan Jin-dong, in front of the Busan Jin-dong to the Busan Jin-dong, in a state of alcohol of 0.085% of blood alcohol concentration.
