A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the representative director of Daejeon Jung-gu Co., Ltd., Ltd., who is engaged in the bidding and contract of students in elementary, middle and high schools and field experience activities in the area of Daejeon.
The Defendant imposed a special condition on the provision of a large-scale passenger vehicle within five years after the delivery of the above school under the above contract, and changed the copy of a motor vehicle registration certificate within five years as if it conforms to the above special condition, and submitted it to the contract and received the price.
1. Alteration of an official document;
A.
