Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) around 01:25 on May 6, 2016, 201: (a) were on the street in front of the “Saindo Building” located in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, 57, and the victim D (59 years old) was aboard a taxi for business use in E-a-business use operated by the victim D (59 years old) and was under discussion by Defendant A on the IC drawing at the destination.

2. Defendant A

A.
