Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the president of the C Co., Ltd. in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “C”) who has overall control over the said company’s substantial business.

No person shall dispose of wastes in any place other than the waste disposal facilities permitted, approved, or reported, and no person discharging industrial wastes shall dispose of wastes generated from his/her place of business on his/her own, or entrust a person who has obtained permission for

The Defendant: (a) had the representative director of D, who was entrusted with the wastes of the place of business by the Defendant, thrown away the land reclamation site located in L, M, N, Kimpo-si O in Kimpo-si operated by the Defendant; and (b) the land reclamation site located in Qu-si operated by P, Qu-si, and three lots; and (c) the land reclamation site, R, and S, Seo-gu Incheon, Incheon, which is operated by the Defendant, respectively.
