Defendant
A limited liability company D (hereinafter referred to as “D”) is a corporation engaged in travel agency business, tourist bus transportation business, etc., Defendant A is a person who operates the above company, Defendant B is a former management officer of the above company and a tourist bus driver. Defendant C is a bus driver of the above company with A’s dynamics. Defendant E is a person who operates the “N station” and “P station” in the “N station” and “O” in the net city of 1,000, and Defendant F is a person who operates the “R station” in Q in writing at the net city of Q.
1. 2. The single criminal conduct (violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act) of Defendant A is a fake petroleum product.
