A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who drives a car at BN as his/her duty in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On May 26, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol 0.166% from the blood alcohol level around 21:30 on May 26, 2017, the Defendant mainly proceeded two lanes of the Gangnam-gu speech at the speed of about 30 km to 40 km from the bankruptcy shooting range in the Sung River basin.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C, such as finites, which requires two weeks of medical treatment, and the victim E suffers tensions and finites, which require four weeks of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at a level of about 8 km from the front of a general restaurant in the vicinity of the children's large park in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul to the front of the Seoul Gangnam-gu bankruptcy history, while under the influence of alcohol 0.166% during the day-to-day alcohol level in paragraph (1).
