1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;
2. Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On January 19, 2016, at around 05:40, the Defendant: (a) stolen a gallon in the 3rd floor of the “I Hospital” located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, with one gallon equivalent to KRW 700,00,000 in the market value of the victim owned by the victim who was locked by the victim J, by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim J was locked.
B. On February 2, 2016, at the same place as at around 05:20 on February 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s cell phone with one flusive cell phone with a market price of KRW 1,00,000,000, the victim’s market price located adjacent to the victim’s K, located adjacent to the victim.
2. On February 19, 2016 through February 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) acquired a copy of the welfare card owned by the victim D, which was lost by the victim at the second floor of “Yansan Station” located in 55-ro, Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) embezzled another person’s lost goods at least five times in total, such as the copy of the attached crime list (1) from around February 19, 2016 to February 20, 2016.

On July 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that L was stolen in a gallony road, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 500,000,000,000, the unclaimed cell phone value owned by L in the land of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, for the first time; and (b) assisted L with the transfer of gallon products with the exception of KRW 20,000,000,000,000,0000,000 won, and arranged for the transfer of gallon products to L from around that time to January 18, 2016.
4. On February 20, 2016, the Defendant acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that the market price owned by the victim M who stolen L L in the first floor above the 1st floor above the Han River located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul around 23, 2016, is 9.60,000 won, and the Defendant received delivery of gallon 2 mobilephones with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen goods. In addition, around that time, the Defendant acquired them on February 23, 2016.
