Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2007 and October 21, 201, the Defendant driven under the influence of alcohol and violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act.

On March 11, 2015, at around 22:25, the Defendant driven a lele car B while under the influence of alcohol content 0.075%, from the vicinity of the Triju-si Triju-si, to the front road of the Jinju-dong Government-dong, Jung-si, the Government of Jung-si at around 2:36 on the same day.
