Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was a person who runs the studio and studio rental business in the building in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant was a victim F (Y, 53 years old) who operates the “E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” in the vicinity of the above building, with the intention to rape the victim by inducing the victim to the Defendant’s residence.
