The plaintiff's assertion is obligated to pay 3,324,800 won total of 35-day wages (80,000 won per day x 35 days) and 524,800 won for accommodation expenses (44,000 won x 44,800 won for accommodation expenses) and 41,800 won for consumption of goods (41,800 won for accommodation expenses x 43,000 won), as supervision of construction at the site of new construction of detached houses under the direct management of the defendant, by supplying materials on behalf of the defendant and inserting human resources, and performing various expenses.

According to the purport of the entire pleadings and arguments, it is recognized that the parties to the judgment have no dispute between them, or that the Defendant directly manages the construction of a new house in the wife population D, which the Defendant had to undertake construction supervision.

However, in order for the Plaintiff to seek wages, etc. as alleged in the Plaintiff’s assertion, the Defendant directly employed the Plaintiff as his father, and further, it is recognized that the Defendant’s specific delegation to C or C with respect to the provision of the Plaintiff’s labor had the authority to comprehensively act for the Defendant with respect to the supply of materials and labor in the construction site. In line with this point, the entry of the evidence No. 3, which appears to be consistent with this point, is difficult to believe it as is, and the remaining

(In relation to the cost of expendable goods, there is no evidence to prove that the Plaintiff purchased the expendable goods for the Defendant as alleged). Therefore, the Plaintiff’s assertion is without merit.

3. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
