1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of not less than 72m2 and not less than 27m2 of H road (the Plaintiff’s land is referred to as “Plaintiff’s land” from the following day, and the name of not less than 3m2 is omitted. The Defendant is the owner of not less than 727m2 (the land that was combined and divided in C and I forests) adjacent to the said land. The Defendant is the owner of not less than 727m2 (the land was changed from the next 1904m2 before J.).

B. In order to connect K, L and M with N and N roads near the land owned by the original Defendant, it was necessary to construct a road exceeding 4 meters wide in part of the instant land in order to construct a new building on the Plaintiff’s land.
