Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On July 17, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on May 16, 2020.

1. On May 19, 2020, at around 05:46, the Defendant showed the attitude that the victim C would normally pay the meals at the ridge cafeteria operated by the victim C in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. The Defendant ordered the dones, etc.
However, the Defendant did not have money and did not have any intent and ability to pay food for there is no income.
The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim as above, received from the victim a total sum of KRW 9,00,000 per share of KRW 17,00,000 per share of KRW 4,00 per share in the market price, and received respectively property equivalent to KRW 101,00 per share of KRW 6 times from around that time to around February of the same month, as described in the attached list of crimes in the same manner.
2. Around 15:00 on May 27, 2020, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act stated “H” the type of G resident registration number to F in the position of the Seoul Seongbuk Police Station E District E District, who was called out after receiving a report of dumping at the cafeteria cafeteria(s) in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu.
Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.
3. Around 12:00 on May 29, 2020, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding disturbance over 2 hours, such as passing a horse to customers, while under the influence of alcohol, the victim J in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as “catch”).
