Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On June 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a GMW car under the influence of alcohol by 0.226% from a 400-meter section from the front side of the E parking lot located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon to the front side of the F building in Incheon Bupyeong-gu.

B. On June 22, 2018, at around 01:55, the Defendant: (a) heard the necessity for drinking alcohol measurement from the slope I belonging to the Hadern Police Station of the Incheon Samsan Police Station, which was dispatched after receiving a report from 112 that the said GMW car is driving at the front of the F building in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu; and (b) assessed the right side buck of knish with knish.
