【2016 High 395】
1. On April 17, 2014, the criminal defendant against the victim B made a false statement to the effect that he/she would send the traffic card to the victim B by means of text message at the victim B’s cell phone located in Suwon-gu C and 302 at the victim’s dwelling.
However, the defendant had no intention or ability to send a traffic card even if he/she receives the payment from the injured party.
