1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

According to the above facts, the lease contract for the real estate of this case was lawfully terminated upon delivery to the defendant around November 20, 2017, stating the plaintiff's expression of intent to terminate the lease contract, by which the content-certified mail was served on the defendant around that time.
