Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall provide game water not classified by the Game Water Management Committee for distribution or use, display, or keep such game water.

Nevertheless, on October 2015, the Defendant installed five computers at the “C Gameland” store operated by himself in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and allowed D and three customers, who had been customers, to access the E site (F) not classified by the Committee on Water Management, and provided game water that was not classified by the Committee.
