Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2016, the Defendant driven a B food car at the section of about 2 km from the Chinese restaurant, which is located in the Trido-dong at the time of the week, in the state of alcohol of 0.105% of alcohol during blood transfusion, to the front of the Trido-dong at the same time.
