1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 122,414,762 and KRW 32,373,612 from May 29, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Nonparty B limited liability company (hereinafter “B”) acquired a claim against the Defendant from Nonparty C Co., Ltd., and filed a lawsuit claiming the acquisition amount of KRW 2006da11789 against the Defendant.

The above court rendered a favorable judgment on August 24, 2006 that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 50,889,491 won and 32,373,612 won with interest of 17% per annum from April 1, 2005 to the date of full payment." The judgment became final and conclusive on October 5, 2006.

B. On April 26, 2013, the Defendant filed an application for debt settlement with B.

C. On January 26, 2018, the Plaintiff acquired the claim against the Defendant from B, and received delegation of the power of notification of transfer, and sent the notice of transfer to the Defendant by content-certified mail on May 3, 2018.

As of May 28, 2018, the principal and interest on bonds against the defendant is 32,373,612 won as principal and 90,041,150 won with interest rate of 15% per annum applied by the plaintiff.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 122,414,762 won (i.e., total amount of KRW 32,373,612 + KRW 90,041,150 + principal amount of KRW 32,373,612) and delay damages at the interest rate of 15% per annum from May 29, 2018 to the date of full payment.

3. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
