Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 18:15 on June 26, 2014, the Defendant, in collusion with B, made up the number of 1 to 6 on the floor in front of the Dsports Center located in U.S. Dongdong-gu, U.S., Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, and made a speculative act, i.e., "I", in which customers walk money on the given number, by inserting three injections into the instant number, and then making up the injections on the floor, and then paying money to the corresponding number at a place.
