A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At night, around 04:00 on July 11, 2020, the Defendant: (a) intruded the above shop through a window not corrected from “D” located in Mayang-si, and (b) stolen cash and provisional products worth approximately KRW 5,975,000 in total market value and KRW 13 times in total from around that time to August 27, 2020, as indicated in the annexed crime list, the Defendant used approximately KRW 1,800,000 in the market value owned by the victim E, located on the calculation unit, and used approximately KRW 1,80,000 in total.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure managed by others at night, and stolen the victims' property.
2. Night buildings, thief;
A. Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
4. Around July 1, 2020, the Defendant, at around 22:26, 202, has a galgal relation to “P”, which is a trading site of used goods at the Internet, in front of the GO Hospital emergency room.
