Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a horse set car at B.

On February 23, 2019, the Defendant driving the above car at around 01:40, and proceeding two lanes in front of the Anpungn-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, with two-lanes in front of the Anpungn-gu, Daegu-gu, Angeuk-gu, Seoul-gu, Angeuk-gu,

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received the part of the victim D (the 42 years old) driving in three-lanes of the same direction due to occupational negligence beyond the above real line, which led to three-lanes of the same direction as the Defendant’s occupational negligence, following the Defendant’s vehicle’s right-hand side.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as fluoral salt, which requires approximately three weeks of treatment by occupational negligence as above.
