1. Summary of the facts charged in this case

A. The primary charge is that the victim D in the petition-gu Cheongju-si, the Defendant sold the E-garment store operated by the victim D.

1) On January 9, 2015, from around 10:20 to 17:00 of the same day, the Defendant stolen the clothes, etc. totaling KRW 33,000 in the market price by putting them in a string line, 1 on an emergency warning line, 1 on an emergency warning line, 1 on an emergency warning line, and 3 on a string line, 1 on a string line, and 33,000 in a way of leaving the string.

B. The Defendant, from November 2013, has been engaged in the clothing and money management work of the said store as the manager of the above E-garment store operated by the victim D.

On January 9, 2015, the Defendant, from around 10:20 to around 17:00 of the same day, embezzled 1 cap, 1,000 won in total at the market price of 3,00 won in a way that the injured party does not attend the store at his/her own discretion, using the fact that the injured party does not work at the store while working for the injured party, and embezzled her clothes, which he/she stored in the room at his/her own discretion, from around 10:20 to around 17:00 of the same day, and embezzled her clothes that amount to 85,000 won in total at the market price by using the same method as written in the daily list of crimes, from around that time to January 21, 2015.
