A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on September 27, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 4, 2014.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Around February 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) requested the purchase of Masphere (one philopon (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) from B to the account of the Agricultural Cooperative (E) in the name of D used by C with a request to purchase Masphere (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “Wlopon”); and (b) transferred the purchase price of Dol

5. Around 02:00, at the front of a G cafeteria located in F, Kimcheon-si, approximately 0.7 grams from C, and the “I” lighting equipment located in H in Kimcheon-si on the same day was included in B near the house.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with B, purchased phiphones from C.

2. On February 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received 400,000 won from B to request for the purchase of phiphones; (b) sent them to C at a K Hospital located in the J of Kimcheon-si on the same day; (c) 02:45 on the 20th day of the same month, at around 02:0,000, 0.7g of phiphones from C on the front day of the M store in Gumi-si L; and (d) sent them to B on the street near the above K Hospital at around 19:0 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with B, purchased phiphones from C.

3. On February 2012, 2012, the Defendant received 400,000 won of the purchase price of philopon from B upon request to purchase philopon, and remitted it to the above No. D’s account used by C around the 28th of the same month, and the Defendant appears to have written the written indictment at around 23:55 of the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to purchase phiphones from C.
