Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person engaged in driving a CSP car.
A. On August 28, 2018, the Defendant driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.122% in blood around 00:27, and driven the said vehicle at a speed of about 60 km/h from D to E apartment at a speed of about three lanes, depending on three-lanes, namely, the intersection of the instant vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.12% in blood.
