A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a vehicle C in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) and the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving).

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence on duty, killed the above victim D with a heart due to a tension with a tension caused by chest damage, and at the same time suffered injury to the victim H of the above victim F and the same passenger, such as salt pane and tension in the part where it is difficult to treat the victim F and the same passenger for three weeks, respectively.
